I did send an email to paypal and I got a response saying my email will be answered in the order it was received. Do you think I need to call tomorrow as well? Even though paypal said they would cover any additional costs? Should I be worried my account will go to red again?

udate: I called paypal and they said she can't dispute something that has been refunded and they are waiting on her cc company to drop the dispute. I was told I shouldn't worry

Do NOT trust paypal at all. I would de-link your account until this is resolved so paypal does not take money from your account for the chargeback even though you did a refund. I would not put anything past them.

Additionally, withdraw all money from paypal balance too. I might be a little paranoid, but I have been wronged by paypal and ebay quite a bit lately.

Bid on item and won. Day after said she was having issues with paypal and couldnt pay. I emailed numerous times asking for updates but no response. Sounds like another excuse to get out of buying!!!

She's been a member since 2003 and has 42 feedbacks and still didn't know that????

i refunded her money today. hopefully that will shut her trap. i never even imagined nightmarish buyers can actually happen until it happened to me. lesson learned.
I thinks taking three days to pay is not that bad, her name should not be here and it isn't fair. Sounds like a difficult seller!!!
If I get paid in three days, I will send more than a few thank you notes to the buyer.
1. times are hard and business is bad even on ebay.
2. paying a $50 purchase can be put off a few days ( although,a notice to seller would be nice and courteous) and is not a priority on someone's busy life schedule.
I think a little undrestanding and patience will make a transaction a lot more pleasant.
P.S. I read all remarks and felt to voice my opinion too. Sorry.

Took 3 weeks to pay for an item (and this person sells on eBay!).

She received the item and then wrote me saying it had little scratches on the lock and wants to return it (buyers remorse much?).

Taking away the ability for a seller to leave Negative FB for a buyer has to be one of the absolute WORST things Ebay's ever done.

Is that the same peson, right?
I just like to make sure she is blocked from shopping from me.

Sorry if it's a stupid question. I'm not that experienced in ebay yet eventhough I've been a member longtime, I just recentely started selling.

Yes, it's the same person. You don't have to update your BBL. When a member changes their name, it updates automatically on your BBL.
