Made a "best offer" on a Coach item. Within 2 hours, retracted the best offer giving the reason as "entered the wrong amount."

24 hours later, made another best offer for a bit less than the previous offer. Again, within a couple of hours, retracted.

Chances are that if I'd accepted immediately, I'd have had a NPB to deal with.

HERE'S ANOTHER ONE FOR EVERYONE'S BLOCKED BIDDER LIST

The buyer "softsell239" falsely accused her seller of selling a fake Coach Sig Demi bag with no proof and no third-party authentication and has been sending the seller harrassing emails as well as leaving Neg & then Neutral FB. Then she had the nerve to come whinging to the Ebay Shoes & Purses forum. The buyer has since made her Feedback Private.

"I am new to Ebay and won an auction for a Coach purse. When I received the purse, I thought it was faeke. I gaveeback stating so
to the seller. I did not know what feedback really was and because of my lack of knowledge (I thought it was to the seller only) the feedback was aof course posted in both of our feedback. The seller went ballistic. I told the seller that I would check to aythenticate the purse and would ryto straighetn matter out with Ebay. I took tehpurse to a department store and then to the Coach store andthey verified that it was a Coach but a Factory store Coach. The zipper seemed to be a little sticky, the purse was dingy and had spots, there was a space between the words genuine and leather on the creed. There was an X embossed on the creed, the stitching on the zipper pull was not straight and overlapped and there was no metal ring in the coach tag. All of these things made me think it was fake becuase I have higher quality coach bags and I have seen fakes. So, I thought it ws fake. After doing my research and e-mailing Ebay, I had an opportunity torevise my feedbak and they deleted the original feedback. However, when Is hared this inofrmation with the seller they came saying no matter what kind of coach it was, it was still authentic and bragged that the purse was 7years old. They had been sendig harassing ad angry e-mailos, so I gave a neutral rating and 1 star for communication. The coach store said the serial number was authentic and that the older purses do not have the metal ring, They didn't say it was that old!! Also, tht thestiching was a cream color and not white(fake). They said purses with flaws, like the ones I had would go to the Factory Store. The no is No.F050-6094. The purse is a demi bag as the last 4 digits state. However, I saw your information and wanted toknow about the first set of information. The seller is now using their listing description to trash me, so I blocked them from e-mailing me and made my feedback private, along with threatening new buyers that if they have low feedback ratings or have given negative feedback in the past 6 months that they will be canceled. I told the seller that I and Ebay that I would try and make it right, but then the seller taunted me and kept harassing me. So they got a neutral. I have learned a valuable lesson and have since education myself about Ebay as much as possible. However, I still would like to know about these numbers. Also, Can you send me the link to post pictures?"

The purse and Mini Skinny have been verified as genuine, and after 23 posts we got the seller's side of the story:

I couldn't believe the feedback she left me AGAIN!! (my typo on the 7 years old, should have said 4) I responded to that feedback and you can see the results.
Then came the nasty threatening emails. I will not go into them here but I have reported her to Ebay and forwarded emails. She then has the nerve to change her userid and put her feedback private!!

Again, my items are real and I wouldn't waste my time nor support that industry that sells them.

She bought a Coach bag on July 27, paid immediately and within 9 days filed for INR. (The bag was coming 3000 miles from AZ to RI.) She claimed it had been 15 days, but the ebay transaction indicated otherwise.

Buyer posted on T&S and because of the seller's low starting price, immediately labeled the seller a scammer, questioned authenticity and got the buyer all riled up.

T&S referred buyer to Shoes, Purses and Fashion Accessories board where she got advice. However the more she posted, the more the tables were turning in favor of the seller.

^^ for some reason when you try to copy and paste the user ID with the capital "D" it won't let you at it to your BBL. When you change it to a lowercase "d" it will let you. HTH

Taking away the ability for a seller to leave Negative FB for a buyer has to be one of the absolute WORST things Ebay's ever done.

This seller's name has come to my attention before for authenticity issues, but add it to your list of Blocked Bidders. If you have a Seller Shyte-list like I do, you may want to add it there too.

It seems that she's another one using "SNAD extortion" to get partial refunds on Coaches she's bought and then flips them for a profit without any mention of the "problems" she threatens to file a SNAD claim over. Again, read fast before the posts disappear:
