*She also bought a BBag Yesterday.. Said her friends use her ebay and Paypal account to buy things.. Yeah Right!! UGH

Claims paypal is not working and can't pay me. Only let me know after I sent her numerous e-mails and opened dispute. She said she will send a money order. After two weeks later didn't receive it and tried to contact her to see if she got tracking or something but never responded. So I guess she lied and never sent it.

One of Ebay's highly respected sellers sold a Michael Kors bag with TONS of photos to a buyer who contacted her back on receipt claiming "not as described, maybe fake, blah blah" and all sorts of BS, and asking for a partial refund. THE SAME SELLER is now listing EXACTLY THE SAME BAG in her OWN auctions (no mention of the so-called "flaws" or ANY questions about authenticity, of course!)

The seller included a copy of the buyer's message:
" Dear xxx,

I received the bag and I am disappointed for 2 reasons. The first I'm not sure if its authentic. I have owned many Michael Kors bags and this is the only one that does not have the small leather tag stamped Michael Kors on the inside right outside the inside pocket.

The other reason is you did not state in your details that the Mk's on the outside were also in bronze you only said that the leather strap was bronze so I thought the only bronze on the bag was the handle. Even your enlarged photos did not show that the MK's on outside were bronze. It was ordered to match a certain wallet and the bronze does not match. Also how can you prove its authentic?

I would like either a refund or a discount because $100.00 is too much to pay for a bag that may not be authentic. I am not mad just mad just disappointed at the item and would like to contact you so that we can work something out before having to open a dispute. Thank you in advance for understanding."

If you compare the two photos of the inside of the bags, the placement of the logos in the lining is exactly the same on both bags. The buyer is listing the bag she just bought and is questioning the authenticity of, for the same price she paid, while trying to extort a partial refund from the original seller.

As I said, NOT a NPD, but someone you still might want to add to your BBLs.

And if the Ebay forum posts disappear, I have a copy saved.

Yes. At first the original seller had no idea that her complaining buyer was re-selling the very bag she was complaining about. Other Ebay Forum posters found the listing and notified the original seller.

There's at least one other item in the buyer's Feedback at Toolhaus that's making a few posters think that the buyer has done this kind of thing before, but you have to read between the lines to see it.

question to all you experienced sellers.
How is paypal's seller protection policy,If a buyer from Singapore with new acc. and 0 feedback wins the auction and pays through paypal?
I mean as a buyer, I was ripped off myself and found out the hard way that paypal's buyer protection policy is just B.S. because if the seller pulls out the money from the account, paypal will just tell you, insufficient funds. I only got reimbursed 1/4 of my money because seller did not have enough in the account to cover the item that she never send to me (it was proved).
Now I don't know what to do.
