"TO ALL MY SELLERS

I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL LIFE, PERSONAL PROBLEMS AND ISSUES, THAT IS YOUR CONCERN! I HAVE PAID YOU PROMPTLY, IN FULL WITH US CURRENCY, THIS IS A BUSINESS TRANSACTION, WE ARE PERFECT STRANGERS, I WANT MY ITEM SHIPPED QUICKLY, NO EXCUSES, PACKED WELL AND DELIVERED SAFELY IN A PROMPT FASHION! I DO NOT WANT TO BE YOUR FRIEND OR HAVE A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP, I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR, PERIOD. I DO NOT PURCHASE HARD TO FIND, RARE, COLLECTABLES OR ITEMS ON EBAY, I AM NOT AN IDIOT. EVERY ITEM I PURCHASE HAS MULTIPLE PAGES OF ITEM LISTINGS, EVERY ONE OF THEM! I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE "BLOCKED BIDDER" LIST THREAT, LET'S BE CLEAR HERE, I AM A BUYER, I HAVE CASH TO SPEND, THAT CASH SPENDS EVERYWHERE, YOU AS A SELLER HAVE AN ITEM TO SELL, YOU ARE SEEKING CASH FOR THAT ITEM, I AS THE BUYER HAVE THE ABSOLUTE UPPER HAND IN THIS SITUATION, I KNOW IT, YOU KNOW IT, LET'S NOT WASTE TIME WITH WORD GAMES.
When I pay for priority, And you send by first class, I will neg you because you pocketed the difference. I will also leave you 1s on ALL your DSR ratings. Sames goes if you send me a damaged or missing item and refuse to fully refund or replace the item, at your sole expense! I am deadly serious about this, I WILL NOT BE RIPPED OFF!! ABOUT FREE SHIPPING, PLEASE DON'T INSULT ME BY TRYING TO SHAME ME WITH YOU SENT MY ITEM, FREE SHIPPING. NO SUCH THING EXISTS UNLESS YOU ARE AN IDIOT AS A SELLER! YOU HAVE INCLUDED ALL YOUR SHIPPING COSTS IN THE PRICE OF YOUR ITEM. YES, I know ebay gives you enhanced search results when you offer free shipping, THAT is your choice and between you and ebay, has nothing at all to do with me. I expect that you, my seller, will respond to my communications, that I can communicate directly with you through ebay, that you will provide me with a DC# for my purchase and if asked for it, will respond quickly. IF you say in your ad that you ship in ONE BUSINESS DAY, THREE DAYS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU DEMAND PAYMENT BY A CERTAIN TIME. When I buy, I AM NOT LAIDBACK and I DO NOT RESPOND WELL IF YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND GET LAIDBACK ABOUT SHIPPING MY PAID ITEM. :) SOME OF MY SELLERS ARE NOT TAKING ME SERIOUSLY, CHECK MY FEEDBACK LEFT PAGE, I AM AS SERIOUS AS A HEARTATTACK, REALLY! ONE FINAL THING, DON'T SEND ME ANY RELIGIOUS LITERATURE, TELL ME GOD BLESS OR WHATEVER, I AM NOT IMPRESSED, I DIDN'T BUY FROM YOU IN ORDER TO GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE YOUR PERSONAL RELIGIOUS BELIEFS WITH ME, I NEG FOR THAT, BE AWARE. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU LOVE GOD, JESUS, BUDDAHA OR WHOMEVER OR WHATEVER YOU WORSHIP, I DON'T CARE, I DIDN'T PAY YOU FOR THAT NONSENSE! YOU ARE PUSHY, OVERBEARING AND DOMINEERING WHEN YOU TRY TO INTRODUCE YOUR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS INTO A BUSINESS TRANSACTION, THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES FROM ME FOR DOING SO! Thank You!"
WOW just WOW, instant block. That page, the thread she started here and any other posts have not done any favours and Ill be recommending the ID be blocked too based on the conduct of this person. Doesnt take much to be nice about it and Id hate to see her enter a store and act like that. Business transaction or not no one HAS to serve you in a shop for being rude and no one HAS to deal with you online...

Ok back on topic - sorry that was just too shocking not to comment on.

Ya know, maybe if I bought some second hand bags from the administraitors and or moderators and put some money in their pockets, I could get exemption from the rules here too? Is that how it works? :)

wow, pretty sure a lot of our long term members could vouch for us not giving special treatment, LOL!
Most of us Mods/Admins don't really buy or sell . . . nice try though.

Default disastrofee
disastrofee - bought some Tarina Tarantino jewelry from me through Best Offer on June 8th--sent an invoice that day and finally received a response on June 10 stating:

"Hi there, Thank you for accepting my best offer! Would you mind
terribly if I pay for this this Friday(payday). I purchased them to go
with the matching necklace and bracelet I have and will make sure I
pay Friday. Please advise. Thank you."

So I wrote back EXTREMELY kindly that of course I do not mind waiting until payday and that I totally understand the need to do that sometimes.

I then got this message back, same day: "You got it, Thank you, I appreciate it."

Fast forward 2 days, payday.... nothing. I gave her the weekend in case she "forgot" .. nothing. Sent another invoice on Monday 6/15... nothing. I then sent her a message through eBay telling her that if I didn't receive payment by 6/17 that I would open a claim. Nothing. Opened the claim on 6/17, then 6/20 I receive a message through the claim system that "the buyer has indicated that they will pay for this item." Ummm... so where's my money?

I finally gave up on Sunday and closed the dispute and got my fees back. I wasted WAY too much energy on that one and was way too nice about it.

I had an issue with my first seller, which I asked about on this sub-forum... It was hard because it took 3 emails and a letter to ebay to resolve...

She did not reply or send the items until I email ebay.. I was very nerves and not happy... but she has told me she had some major issues ( her mother died) I do not know if it is true or not but I feel that we need to have some compasion in life...

I got the Red Vintage draw sting bag, 1996 and it is in excellent condition and I just love the bag... I will be more patient from now on....

1qtb3b3 - Won my item with Best Offer. Didn't pay. Contacted Ebay, they advised to contact buyer and either get them to pay or they could cancel transaction with me so I could relist and get my fees back without waiting. Buyer responded telling me Paypal wasn't letting them make transaction but they would get it straight and pay asap. Never heard from them again.
