^^ sounds like someone has little man syndrome - has very little power in the world and wants to feel big and in control - so trying to feel like he has power over his sellers. Pretty sad.

I saw this one he left too - left neg because post office screwed up - jerky jerk jerk,

Thanks for sharing. I feel this thread might be some help to prevent honest sellers to be trapped in situations like that. I know a lot of buyers complain about dishonest sellers, but where can honest sellers complain about dishonest buyers?

She was in contact with me for about 2 weeks regarding my LV WC Speedy. She finally made me an offer and I accepted it. She told me payment was going to be sent when she got home from school that same day. I emailed her the next day as a reminder and she told me she doesn't have the funds on her credit card. It's now a week later and I have yet to hear from her. I know she's been on because you can see the last time someone has been on their bonanzle account. I emailed her this morning telling her that the offer is expired!

they are a zero fb bidder...and somehow managed to get past the "require immediate payment" with bin...they don't respond to e-mails or ebay msg's and wouldn't respond to the cancel transaction request. i did get a very helpful cs rep from calling ebay though and they will close out the transaction and credit me if the buyer hasn't responded by the end of the week. he's also going to send in the buyer's id to be looked at as a policy breaker and to possibly suspend the id.

Thanks to her I had my first miserable *bay experience, horrible...

I had an LV bag for sale, and my auction stated that I was to be paid or contacted within 2 days of anyone winning. I sent her the invoice twice plus a couple of messages to check if she had changed her mind, and didn't hear anything. For a whole week she went awol, and I just assumed she was another non-paying bidder, no big deal. It actually gets worse.

After 7 days I was preparing to open a non payment case and what do I see, she finally decided to pay me directly on my Paypal account, on the evening of day 7! There was no explanation attached, no message on my ebay nothing. So I write her a message back saying sorry you didn't respect the auction rules I'm not willing to sell to you anymore, and I refund her payment immediately.

Next thing I know she proceeds to email me a story about how two of her family members got sick and I am a horrible person for not respecting this blah blah blah. I reply explaining sorry dear the rules are the rules I hope your family gets better soon. She just went on my profile and left me a nasty piece of feedback, my first negative ever.

And, thanks to the beautiful new *bay rules, I h ave no means to pay her back this wonderful favour.

Great thread! I buy & sell on Ebay, as well as Bonanza. I'll post my negative experiences shortly. And, just for the record, I won't be "slamming" any buyers or sellers to stay away from - I'll just post the info without exaggeration, etc.
