*E-Bay Non Paying Bidder List*

Avoid like the plague! This eBayer is WORSE than a NPB.

Purchased a pair of CL's from me for $495, received it right away, emailed me to confirm receipt, but later asks that I (the seller) be responsible for issuing her the 10% Live.com cash-back INSTANTANEOUSLY. She does not accept that it takes 60 days (even though I had emailed her all the links to Live.com's Terms/Conditions before she clicked Buy-It-Now).

Now she's filed a CHARGEBACK thru PayPal (no dispute ever launched, just straight to chargeback) -- the chargeback in PayPal's resolution center indicates that it's for $49.50, i.e. 10% of the BIN price, but the entire amount of $495 (less PayPal fees) is frozen in my PayPal account. The reason for her chargeback?...."item not as described." WTF?!!

Did you state clearly your return policy in your listing( such as no return, or return in X days)?
If this is beyond your return policy, the chargeback is not going to work for the buyer.
And why would she request a 10% cash back in the first place? I'm confused.

Never mind. I know why she asked for discount, I just read about.
This is really annoying. why ebay doesn't let us leave FB and warn sellers about this type of buyers, when buyers can be so unfair and nasty to us.

I also had dealings with sisterhood88. She took two weeks to pay and never responded to my emails, etc. Definitely do not let this person bid on your auctions!

It doesn't matter what a seller says is their 'return policy' - this is a moot point. If a seller does something wrong (ie. doesn't describe properly -lies in description) then buyer can get their money back.

This is one of the best yet.

Emails me to ask if she does a buy it now can she pay in 10 days time as gets paid on the 13th. I said no problem I will wait. sends another email thanking me. On the 13th no payment came, waited till the 15th and sent a email saying could payment be made. I had no response. Three days later sent a email saying she did not buy it now. I sent her a copy of her email and the second two but she replied by saying it was a big mistake, her computer went down and the item disappeared.

I open a ebay case against her

She answered by saying that she does not think she has to pay because it was a computer mistake.

I have point out
1. she sent a email asking
2. sent a email thanking
3 The transactions are on her ebay account (items to pay) items won

Has now sent an email saying she could not possible complete the transaction as she feels it would not be right

I wish mine did that for me, clever computer knowing what bag she wanted and then sending emails thanking too. I wonder what program she is using on her system?

If she has the cash of the world and is the last buyer on earth, I still choose to keep my dignity and respect, rather than to sell it to an arrogant, nasty, pig like that. She can shove her upper hand she is so proud of you know where! What is her exact buyer ID or does she have other ID as well? So I can block her from my auctions for good.

Their current ID "noexcusebuyer" is right at the top of their "lecture" but I think they've had other IDs before. . Thank heaven I'm not the one who got stuck with them as a buyer.

I've also heard that since the post appeared at the Ebay Feedback forum there have been a few additions to the buyer's Me page but I just don't have the stomach to read any more of his venom. (It seems to be a "he", BTW). What' really mind-boggling is that since the poor seller made the first post on the 30th there have been over nine hundred replies.

It really seems like the loonies are coming out of the woodwork lately.
