how bout my experience....
guys been selling on ebay for 2 yrs till now.had good fedbacks,& ratings.some buyers really not contended even you describe your items the best you can"ASK QUESTION BEFORE BIDDING,ITEM SOLD AS IS" or wat so ever.
well ive been selling authentic bags lately like Etro,S.ferragamo & etc...and buiyers left me positive feedbacks plus i offer free shipping.about last 2 weeks this gal BIN an Etro wallet (offer free shippnig wBIN) now she got the item yesterday she said she had to return the item cos its not authentic & sh wants her money back.i told her i am a memeber of TPF site and she can authenticate in the website,she said she went to the boutique herself .so if they had an etro boutique in there ,how come she purchase on ebay instead buying in the boutique?.plus she said she went in their an authenticate the item they said its fake.i dont know wat to say now cos for me its really authentic has a controllato card,retail box and has all the markings on it and i myself purchased on a legit store.
all i thought was she just dont really like he item no more and she want to return & wants a refund,so why BIN? right.and i cant do that right now i lost all my profit and had spent the money for warehouse repair.

Geez that is tough luck mate, you are probably right and she doesn't want the item anymore, but that is the wrong way to go about it. eBay has never been an easy money earner for me either that is for sure.

I have had this happen to me, if you look at my other posts. It happens. With me, my buyer got a brand new item, returned it after 3 weeks and it was already used. And all I can say is - we have our hands tied as sellers. There is nothing we can do. No matter what you tell them. I know how it feels to be accused of selling a fake especially if you know that your item is 100% authentic. Expect this to happen every once in a while. All businesses experience problems. Seller like us, this is the problem we get. I hope you resolve this one to your favor.

I was then contacted this morning by another seller who sold to this person...buyer is doing the same thing to them!
