*E-Bay Non Paying Bidder List*

negotiated with me, asking if she can pay in installments and payment will be mailed via direct deposit to my Bank of America account (one of the options I offered her).

sent me a payment of $210 3wks late than we have agreed upon and $40 less that the amount that was agreed (should be 1st payment of $250)

then when the remaining balance was due.. a week from when she made the 1st LATE deposit.. she's supposed to deposit the remainder balance of $789, and after emailing her quite a few times about it.. she emailed me back saying she had problems with her paycheck and could not make the deposit this week, but in two week. I agreed (stooopid me!).

2wks later, I sent her a reminder email about the payment due.. after a few days. received another email saying she had problems with her paycheck, etc etc and asking a week again to pay.

that week has come.. today I received an email from her saying she can not make the payment at all and would like to ask for a refund of the $210 she had deposited! Gosh!!! I told her that if she doesn't make the remaining balance payment that the $210 will be forfeited and she can not get the refund of it.

please do block this ebayer's id! do not let her bid on your auctions! After I have done all the adjustments for her.. she is backing out of our transaction and even asking the downpayment she has made. PSYCHO!!

This is how I do mine:

when you log in to your ebay account...

-under My Account, click Seller Preference
-then click the "Show" link under Buyer Requirements
-you will see a link that says "Buyer Requirements Activity Log"..click on that
-then look for the link that says "Buyer Requirements".. click on that
-then look for the link that says "buyer requirements exemption list".. click on that
-that link will take you to a screen that says "Buyer/Bidder Management"..click on either the
"Add an Ebay user to my Blocked Bidder/Buyer List
or
"Add an Ebay user to my Buyer Blocked Exemption List"

Buying up LV all over Ebay, but never using BIN with immediate payment required, just making offers very close to the BIN price (so he doesn't have to pay). Maybe he's paying the other sellers, but not me! He emailed promising payment in 3 days, it's now been 9. NPB has been filed with Ebay, no reply. But he's STILL buying multiple expensive LV items (no idea if he is actually paying, but he will be NARU soon due to NPB strikes).

Wow, so many people to block! My list is way behind.

My NPB is jtman727 . They claimed to have problems with their paypal CC and were fixing it and would pay soon. I gave them plenty of time, and all the while I see their FB increasing from cheaper items that they bought.
Eventually they stopped communicating. I feel like leaving FB that says, " Where's my money??" lol.
