brought my dress, received it, then 13 days later filed a dispute with Paypal, neer contacted me, I let her return it, because it was new with tags, and I KNEW nothing was wrong with it,...but guess what it came back without its tags, I hope to never deal with a liar like this again

This is the one who never paid my item, and responded immediately after a non-pay-bidder dispute is opened stating she was sick, and wants to pay by money order. I told her no. And she writes in another weeks stating I didn't reply.

I accepted her best offer and then ignored my invoices and emails requesting payments. She had 26 positive fbs so it's not like she's a newbie here. Actually I've dealt with her in the past, and I remembered that she's quite slow in responding but she did pay. I should have known better. I filed a npb complaint, and she responded saying that she had a family emergency that needs to be taken care of so she can't pay me. Yeah, right! She's now on my BBL list. Avoid her like a plaque!
