Had a 15 positive feedback with all good things, but hasn't responded to my emails or to the dispute!
This is my first problem with eBay. I don't sell that much, but up to now, no issues.

She bid at the last second, won, then vanished off the face of the earth. I bombarded her with ebay invoices to no avail. Finally I called ebay and complained to them. They suggested I send her one of those non paying bidder forms, for whatever good that does. Still haven't heard from her. Heck, she's about the 10th non-paying bidder I've had and I think I may have another one soon.

so glad i found this forum, i was approached by krazy_nammer_69 to do a BIN and after reading her feedback told her to pay first, then I would end it. Well now I even see her on the non paying bidder list!!!!! I just deleted her name from my auction altogether and blocked her. She claims she is sending me money. Yeah right, I won hold my breath. So glad i did not end the auction. Not only that but the woman sounds desperate in all her emails. Great forum here, with great info. THANKS

I'm mostly posting this because of the seller's ebay ID. It looks like she is going to start selling high-ticket items and I'd like to warn everyone about my situation.

Auction ended 8/11/08. I didn't hear from her within my 3 day comfort-zone so I sent:

Hi! Its been a couple days since the auction ended and I haven't heard from you yet. I understand people get busy. If you need a few extra days, please email me and let me know. If you receive this, can you tell me when to expect payment? Thanks!

I never heard from her so I filed an NPB. After a few days (8/26), I get a response on the dispute that says:

Buyer has indicated that they will pay for this item. The item details are as follows: Item: NWT Burberry Baby Bunting BLANKET Gift Set 3M-18M 2008!(#270262423214)Buyer: authentic***seller

Great right? I send a response the same day in the dispute that says:

Glad to hear from you. I hope all is well. Please use paypal to pay for the item and I can ship it first thing tomorrow morning. Thanks again, I'm glad you have chosen to finish the transaction.

I wait for another 4 days and get my first communication from the buyer!

can we agreed not to complete this transaction.So you can get
your sell refund and just close the dispute.Im sorry but my
husband bought some burberry stuff for our baby and he doesnt
want me to complete this transaction.I hope we just agreed not
to complete the transaction.thanku so much

Enough of the run-around finally! So, I close the dispute with this response:

IT TOOK THE BUYER 19 DAYS TO KINDLY RESPOND THAT SHE DIDNT WANT TO PAY.

Then I sent her a message that said:

I would have agreed to do it amicably days ago had you responded as promptly as you have with other sellers. You now have an NPB strike against you and it may affect your buying ability with other sellers. I'm sorry, its not fair to fellow sellers out there to not report your inability to follow through with binding transactions. I've added you to my block list. Good luck out there.

Glad thats done. Buyer/Seller beware. I hope I don't get negative feedback........

She bid on my item and didn't pay or contact me so I sent a second invoice. After close to a week I sent her several messages reminding her to pay or make some communication. She responeded when it was time to file a non-paying buyer dispute she responded that she would need another 15 days to pay for the item (that's more than 3 weeks!). I told her that if she couldn't pay I would file a mutual withdrawl and asked her to confirm that this would be ok with her. She didn't respond so I filed a NPB dispute to which she never responded. I closed the dispute today (8 days later) and looked at her feedback to discover that she's been buying and paying for more expensive items. Yuck!

Hit BIN on my CHANEL bag (when I had 6 counteroffers pending mind you); I request that payment be made within 48 hours. A week later she still indicated that she was waiting to be verified by Paypal. Two weeks later she stopped responding. Steer clear!
