Won an item, never paid, never responded to emails. I've filed a dispute and I'm waiting for my fees back. And of course I can no longer leave negative feedback thanks to eBay's new rules. Argh...

Can we please make sure that we have the item number attached to these so we know that there was a transaction to go with these claims? Thanks =)

Int'l buyer
Didn't ask me about int'l shipping quote before bidding, and now doesn't want to pay because of high shipping charge.
What irk me is that she didn't reply to my invoice & email till the 7th day and had a nerve to imply I asked too much!!!! Checked out her FB, 4 negetives in May alone....I just opened a NPI dispute, I guess she can/will drag it out till the 10th day to respond to Ebay. I'm so tick right now...

Does attempted non-paying bidder count? They filed a fake claim against paypal that my Prada Fairy bag was fake... we just won our money back.

SO:

Just a follow up to my posts on pages 667-669 in the Prada authenticate this thread, the buyer filed a fake paypal claim that our Prada Fairy bag was fake. Today, paypal gave our money back!!!!

CAUTION - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH joegolf88 ON EBAY

TBH, this thread is not that helpful IMO. When I was a member of another forum, there was a list floating around with names of trusted sellers, etc. The problem with something like this is that it's hard to read pages and pages of info...it would take me days! I know it's probably really hard to do, but would be nice to have a spreadsheet with names sorted in alphabetical order (maybe updated periodically using these posts)...especially in light of the recent feedback changes that leave sellers high and dry!

I missed the item numbers but these were for LV Fringe Speedy and Theda Suede Limited.

She's a seller herself but treat other like this Asked to hold LV Fringe Speedy for 1 month and offered to pay deposit $100 for $2300 bag, after that, asked to roll it with Theda Suede Limited and requested PayPal invoice. Ignored and rejected all my emails and PayPal invoice! Very rude and unethic.

IF you check a few pages back, you will find out fellow tPFer ever made an alphabetical list of IDs

In Ebay sellers/buyers opinions - has Ebay gotten worse since they decided that sellers cannot leave buyers negative feedback? Does an economy in a tailspin and Paris Hilton as a teenager's role model breed desperation to own luxury goods for those who cannot afford them? Is Ebay more of a "fantasy computer geek game" as opposed to a legitimate professional, e-commerce forum? Would love to hear all of your opinions...

Hope it's ok to add since she's technically not a non-payer, but she is a PITA.

Bought an RM that was listed as having distressed leather. Received and filed a SNAD; told PayPal it "was scratched."
