She can get the neg removed btw. Had that happen to me. Won auction (coat) and paid immediately. Seller then demanded more money for postage (much higher than listed). Said it wasn't my problem but would pay half as HER mistake not mine (and thought I was being nice). Seller became very hostile and refunded money saying she wasn't going to send it unless I paid her what she wanted....er blackmail no?!

Contacted eBay who said...well, thats up to her as she'd contacted them as made a "genuine mistake" over postage costs and that I could neg her if I wanted...which is exactly what I did...

Two days later she sent me a nasty email saying, neg been removed bitch. Checked and it had! Sent her email to eBay and was told "not very nice but we can't re-do the negative...she said you had been vindictive leaving negative when it was a "genuine" mistake". sent them ALL the correspondence between us, both sent and received. Agreed she was bad seller but done nothing..

She then resisted coat at double what I had paid a month or so later.

Avoided eBay since.

Funny because they have tried to force people to send their 'sold' items to buyers before by giving them the 'legally binding contract' line. I would of thrown that back at them
