I tried to relist my Chloe a few days ago (which I've relisted before without this problem) and I received the horrid 30 day restriction message.

I don't get it, you guys have a proven track record and are being restricted from selling designers bags; yet yesterday I reported 5 fake Chanels! What gives? Who is making these decisions?? Very bizzare!

I haven't tried to list anything for over a week since I'm leaving next week, but I guess I'll find out at the end of August when I return.

Wishing you all the best!
Cheers,

Did they actually remove the Chanels you reported?

Yes, everyone has been removed. I have also listed them on knowknockoffs. Anytime I list there, listing get taken down very quickly.
Cheers,

I've read that Coach, 7 jeans, and Tiffany are also ones they are limiting.

I think the rule of thumb right now is, list your most valuable/expensive auction first, in case it's the only one you can list!

I am sorry about your restriction but a little off topic, Duke is adorable!

Some sellers are still allowed to sell brand name items. Even some sellers of fake bags have listings. It is like pulling teeth trying to get your high-end items listed for the next 30 days.

When did this restriction start?? (maybe after LV won that huge lawsuit against eBay over the fakes?) I successfully listed and sold a Balenciaga bag June 18th, but haven't tried to list anything since...
Thanks for info. Need more if anyone has... I hate to be this clueless but didn't know this B*S* was going on until I read this thread.

It actually began right around the same time as the verdict in favor of LV. Here's the thread: The 30 Day Rule message.....No more listings.... I guess this is quite a shock if you were unaware of it!!!

I'm so glad I sold my bags last month while I could. What is the 30 day thing about? Do you have to wait another 30 days before you can list a bag?
