Did the auction specify the shorts were used? If it didn't, the seller broke listing rules. In any case, because of fBay's used clothing policy, which requires sellers to clean used clothing before selling it, PP will tell you to return them for a refund.

Your SO is right: there's a HUGE market for used, stinking socks, shoes and underwear.

LOL! Synęsthetic, perhaps? Looks like we got a new 'four-letter' word!

Seriously, this one takes the cake. Ewww! And that swimsuit too! I will NEVER buy anything on ebay what comes with a crotch. ("how much d'ya charge for the discharge?" ) - now I'm retching too

OP I hope you'll leave factual and clinically detailed feedback!

I hope PP comes through for you and doen't ask you to provide DNA testing to show that the stain is in fact the sellers neighbor and not your own.

all the best, you have been very polite and very patient!
wonder how she explains this to pp? and maybe you could suggest her neighbour could buy herself some clean knickers!

oh yuck..i'd never buy used clothes personally, but for those that do, the least the seller can do is make sure they are washed and ready for wear. i hope you get all your money back.

That's sooo gross. I could never wear them.

OP (not trying to be rude) but why would you buy a pair of used sport/workout pants? Like I mean- to think someone wore them before and got all sweaty in them? Yuck.
And the fact that you say you paid close to full price which is $97.00 for a personal garment that's been used?

I dunno, if you could see the face of some religious person in the "damaged" section maybe you could resell it on the 'BAY for a profit :) You know how people are about religious icon in things like bread and such! :)

You should ask the seller if their significant other wants to know about the "sharing of the pants" that they might want to be aware of :) Tell them you are part of the team called CSI: TPF... and they have the evidence necessary to prosecute :)
