Hi Everyone, thanks for all your encouraging comments.

The bag was proven authentic but I just offered to refund less shipping fee.

It's just adding stress because even if PP decides on my favor, she might still do other things, etc. -- when I don't need anymore stresses right now.

Buyer sells on Ebay. I'm sure sooner or later he will have to deal with a buyer like himself, or maybe even worst.

Thanks everyone for all your help & encouraging words, I appreciate that, let's all have a good day, take care!

^ Oh my...I wouldn't do that. What if this is a classic "bait & switch" scam and you get a fake in return? There will be nothing you can do, then. Maybe you're dealing with a decent person, maybe not. Without any info on the seller, all we can do is guess.

Hi Karmenzsofia,

I can only hope that she wouldn't do that. But it's getting stressful because PP is taking a hold of the fund. I'll update when I received the bag, thank you.

BagAGem,

Something is off here. Do you mean that PP has frozen the money she paid you even though PP does not offer buyer protection for SNAD items outside eBay? This happened on Bonanzle, right? I would call them right now and ask them what's going on kuz what you're describing is not supposed to be happening, as far as I know at least.

For off-eBay transactions, PP allows buyers to open SNAD disputes only as way for buyer and seller to communicate with each other via PP--that's it. It does not allow SNAD disputes to be escalated to claims; only INR disputes can be escalated to claims. And it is when a case reaches claim status that PP comes in and rules in favor or the seller or the buyer.

Do you know if the buyer used any of the following payment methods: PayPal Plus Card, PayPal Buyer Credit, or PayPal Pay Later or Bill Me Later?

I know this is stressful, but getting a fake in return--that is, losing the money and the bag--would be more stressful, don't you think? This happens all the time; it's quite common. It's a big chance you're taking...

OK, so I figured out what's going on with PP--a little detail I wasn't aware of. But since it seems you've made up your mind, I don't want to pressure you any further, so I'll just leave it at that. However, do feel free to PM me if you need any help.

Hi, yes this was sold from Bonanzle, and PP deducted the amount: "The disputed amount has been temporarily deducted from your account until the dispute is resolved." I'm about to contact PP.

Now I'm anxious to receive the bag -- I'm waiting before I issue the refund.
I and hope that she wouldn't switch for a fake since she's been an ebay seller for so long and still active.

This whole thing makes me nervous to sell, specially expensive items.
