Hi everyone!
So I use to be a more active Hellbay seller and just recently started again. I sold a pair of Chanel sunglasses recently and the buyer received it and sent me this message: Hello, I received the Chanel sunglasses. When I took them to a sunglasses specialist, they informed that they are in fact NOT authentic. The pearls on the side are glass when they should be real. I will be sending them back to you at my own expense and I expect a full refund. If all goes well, I will leave positive feedback not mention the lack of authenticity. Thank you. So my question is am I confusing myself? Does she think ths sunglasses are fake or just the pearls on the side? I do not except returns and I responded by telling her that they are 100% Authentic and she needs a "real Chanel SA or Saks etc to authenticate". |

Problem is with da 'bay now is under the protection rules they say that if the seller & buyer can't come to a conclusion about the validity then ebay could still require you to pay for return shipping from the buyer even if the item is described properly and IS authentic. You could be getting something OTHER than your authentic sunglasses back now :(
