That's what she says, and that she reported the buyer for non payment, and then the buyer opened a PP SNAD case, which can only be done on eBay. Looks like we'll have to wait for clarification from the OP when she comes back.

If you search ebay for moni moni the ended listing doesn't come up. If you search by the bidder name of Fairiegirl28, then you can see the listing and the photos.

on the homepage, there is a link for "advanced search". click that, then click search by bidder

Under Advanced Search, on the left hand side, you can search by bidder. Enter the bidder's name, and click on completed listings for the last 30 days.

Ok, I'm totally confused...lol...but I would say 2 things to keep in mind for the future-
NEVER list a used item as NWOT unless it really IS NWOT. No matter how well you take care of something, if it's been carried for 2 weeks, it is not "new."

And even though it's a huge hassle, ALWAYS let the buyer out of the sale if they want out. Otherwise you are leaving yourself WIDE open for problems.

I actually removed a listing once because I had a buyer who kept messaging me, asking a million questions, wanting more and more proof that the bag was real, wanting me to put in writing the condition and authenticity of the bag etc... I just sensed that if she won I was going to have trouble, so I ended the auction early and waited a while to relist it. lol

I hope you get everything resolved! If I were you I would send her a nice message, offer to pay for return shipping and tell her that you'll refund her immediately when the bag is received.
