^ Yes, I was going to ask when all this positive fb was left?
As, if most of it's quite recent, sellers haven't been able to leave buyers negs for the last year (is it a year, yet? I can't remember), or so, of course. ![]() I think I'd probably have about that fb score and 100% positive fb, had I always left positive fb for all sellers, however bad (as opposed to not leaving fb, quite often and leaving the very occasional neg); as my only neg was a retaliatory one. ![]() So, even when sellers still could leave negs, having a high, perfect fb score, as a buyer, often had far more to do with how tolerant one was of bad sellers, than how great a buyer one is/was, IMHO.

Have you checked his completed listings by bidder to see if he purchased an identical or similar item to yours for less money? Sometimes buyers bid on multiple identical or similar items to ensure they get the absolute lowest price and then they stiff the other sellers. Although that is against *bay "rules", I think at best they may get a tiny slap on the wrist.

he's actually bought 10+ pairs of women's sunglasses in the last 30 days. it's the strangest thing.
i JUST got a response from him. he said he's in the hospital and he will pay me tomorrow. i will give him the benefit of the doubt... although, really?? i don't know if i believe him but i won't be mean in case it's true.
