I've contacted this site several times and have never gotten a response back or money refunded. I wonder if they actually do anything.

For obvious reasons, I thought we should have this information here. I have not gone beyond the first page of some of the links, but they all seemed useful to me one way or another. Feel free to add to it if you know of any other websites that could be helpful to victims of Internet and/or mail fraud. Thanks.

I don't think that will be useful.
I think a blacklist of scammers will be more helpful.

I' bought a bag on www.voguelande.com (Gucci).
I've waited for months before reciving it, and when I finally got it, the bag was completely ruined (and probably it's a fake)
So I decided to change my bag with a new one (I have 7 days policy).(I live in Europe too)
In this 7 days, I wrote lot of time to vogueland.com, saying my situation and some others bag I wolud like to exchange with.
But after the first mail, nothing more..
They didn't answer me anymore until the 7 day policy passed by..
Now I'm searching for all fashion blogs, to tell my story and NOT TO BUY ANY BAG ON WWW.VOGUELANDE.COM !!

Hi everyone,
I've just joined this site as I am looking for a good,as new Chloe Paddington bag for my daughters Christmas present. Having contemplated using E-Bay as I have picked up some real bargains in the past it seems that 99.9% of the bags offered on it are fake. As a guy, I can I can now spot a fake bag a mile off and think a trip to Harrods is the only way I can get her a bag in time for Christmas unless anyone on here is selling one.
With regards to fakes, this may or may not help. Apart from the obvious checks to check the autenticity of a bag, (quality of stitching, locks the right way up etc etc) when shopping on E-Bay have a look at the persons previous transactions. I was looking at a bag that from the photos appeared to be genuine, (they could be false photos) but then discovered that the same bag, (bought as a present and not required) had been sold three times previously, (or rather a fake bag had). Also a copy of a receipt from Harrods etc does not prove its genuine.Within 30 seconds of searching on the internet I had found a template to print out false Harrods receipts.
I was shocked to see how many people out there blatantly lie whether through ignorance or the chance of getting away with it. If you make a purchase from E-Bay always get the persons home address. That way if the item is false you have, a) somewhere to go to get your money back or b) somewhere to address legal letters.
Hope this helps, have a lovely Christmas.
ps. as a guy its great to see ladies with lovely bags, shoes etc, regards, Mike

Default vogueland.com sells fakes
Bought a bag through voguelande.com and they guaranteed it to be authentic. It arrived seven weeks after ordering it and after the credit card was paid and it is a fake. They won't accept returns.Don't waste your money like I did!

Why are you letting them get away with this

File charges! It's a crime!! Fight this!

File a claim w/ your credit card.

File a report w/ ripoffreport.com, it shows up when googling. You can help warn others.

Video tape your bag and post the video and comments on youtube.

Post a blog!

There are actually 2 sites for Australians as well one is

http://counterfeit.com.au/index.htm and you can report it with all your details or use

the ANONYMOUS REPORT FORM link

also there is http://www.police.qld.gov.au/program...rime/internet/

and while this site may seem to be located in the state of QLD, it is for Aust wide it gives you exact steps to follow

Hope this is a help to any Aussie's who didnt know they existed.
