Bonanzle user please help!

I just purchased Saks gift card from Bonanzle. I put it in my cart and checked out.After that I saw the seller's profile

I would wait for her to contact you, it's only been a few hours and it's the weekend, people don't sit by the 'puters all the time, i wouldn't start fretting just yet.

WAIT... OP you are saying that the seller has not logged into their bonz account in almost a year??
IF this is this case, I'd be emailing support@bonanzle.com to alert them... there is likely nothing they can do.
Did you pay with a credit card?
Did the seller have other items for sale besides CG?

Could you please post or PM me the BONZ ID of the seller...?

I found the listing on BONZ that you purchased, and you are indeed correct. it appears that this seller has not logged onto BONZ since 11/08... almost a year ago.
IMO, it is likely that maybe something has happened to this seller..?? You might want to contact PP and explain the situation to them. And ask PP if they can look to see if there has been any recent activity on this PP account...?? If you do not receive your item after 7 days, you can file a buyer COMPLAINT w/ PP and see if they can recover your money. If you paid w/ a CC, you may can also file a CC chargeback w/ your CC co.
In the meantime, I guess you will just have to wait and see if the seller responds or not.

Tell Bonanzle support what happened. Perhaps they could cancel/reverse the transaction. Not sure if they can do that.

How did you pay? If you used PayPal, you can try calling them, though they won't reverse the payment. They'll probably tell you to wait until you don't get the card to file an INR complaint, but even that won't ensure you'll get a refund kuz you don't have buyer protection outside eBay. If you paid with Google Checkout, you could go through whatever process they have (last time I checked, a while back, it wasn't much help). If you paid using a CC, you should be able to dispute the charge after a couple of weeks and get your money back if you don't get the card in the mail.

FYI: Buying gift cards on eBay, Bonz or any other such website is not worth the risk. People get scammed constantly. They get the cards, but these have no balance in them, which is nearly impossible to prove in a way that would satisfy PP. I also recommend touching base with sellers before buying anything, anywhere to ask any question.

I am not that familiar with Bonanzle but does it not have expiry dates on its listings the way ebay does? It doesn't make much sense to have a listing active this long with no seller activity.

I don't use bonanzle very often myself, only to sell a Bal which is about once a year, so this doesn't seem too scary to me yet.

But hang on , are we saying that the gift card has been listed since last year ?

I wish Bonanzle had the last logged in date displayed on the main booth instead of the profile only. I try to remember to check when a seller last logged in because you never know if they are still getting their emails.
