I think as long as your PayPal account is verified/confirmed.. the buyer/seller is protected. I know somebody who had a transaction outside ebay and the buyer filed a SNAD, she had all the back ups (i.e. emails, pics) and she won the case. |

Also Bonanzle lets you use Google Checkout, as an alternative to Paypal.

I have been really upset this past week with evilbay and all the drama surrounding my selling limits. I have appealed and appealed to no avail. I am one of the many sellers being screwed over. I have been feeling so helpless and concerned about my bills and what this month is going to be like without my ebay income.
Well, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has commented in this thread. You convinced me and I have made the jump to Bonanzle! You were right. It is SO easy to import my evilbay listings and feedback. I even emailed the Bonanzle guy Mark to say hello and he replied instantly and it was really him. Not a generated response. So cool! I'm crossing my fingers this works and am doing my part to spread the word among friends and family. I want to wish everyone from tpf who sells and is trying Bonanzle good luck!!

Well I am in the UK and I have registered today with no problem and have imported my feedback from Ebay. All very easy. Got to decide what to list now!

In the past month this site has grown tremendously because of the eBay exodus. For creative items this is a great place to sell. There are a couple of unique clothing designers and other creative types who are doing very well there. Hope you'll reconsider and at least give it a try for a month or so. |

Also, when I mention my website/URL in my listings, it ONLY says "to check out my portfolio, go to...." Doesn't say anything about purchasing my pop art prints there, but once you go there, it's on my homepage. |
