im feeling that now bonanzle.com is getting like craigslist. People send message to you saying do you wanna sell it to me for half of the price for LV bag, and chanel bag.

OMG I SOLD IT!!!!!!!

I was v worried for a while 'cos I kept getting weird phone calls from Japanese customs or someone asking loads of questions which held it up here for a while.

Then an email from the buyer saying she'd received it and left me good feedback!!!

Now I have money in PP that I can't get out so will just have to buy something with it

Yeah - well I think so!

It was a bit weird all through tbh. I took the parcel to the PO just after coming away from hospital having sat with DD all through her operation. So I was kinda on another planet.

And I don't speak Japanese, sadly.

So, I'd filled in the EMS forms, the required paperwork for sending to other countries apart from the US. The guy at the PO did a double take at the insurance value, but processed all OK.

Then got a call from the PO a couple of hours later, which I didn't understand at all. So I trotted back in the rain (luckily it's really close), to be treated to a whole conversation that went straight over my head.
I just nodded and smiled

He gave me some papers, which I can't read.

I went home. Got a couple of phone calls but when they realised I couldn't speak Japanese, they hung up.

Then in the evening I had about 4 phone calls from an English speaking person asking questions like "where was this bag made, France or Italy?" "where did you buy it?" "Is it a Famous bag" LOL yes

And finally "What is is made from - plastic or leather" Plastic? At that price?? LOL!! "what sort of leather, cow, sheep, lizard?"

Anyway, it got there, I have my money, buyer has the bag and is happy.

And they all lived happily ever after!

Ah. But now I have just received a letter from the Post Office - which I cannot read.

I shall file it.

Do feedbacks matter on this site??
I'm seeing that most sellers don't have much feedback since the site is fairly new.

I'm looking to buy on this site, should I be as alert with feedbacks as I should on eBay?

No, I don't think so, tbh. You can import EBay feedback, but it's better to enter a dialogue with the seller IMHO. You can find out if they are here, if they sell on EBay (may have a different name on Bonanzle - I have) just get a feel for the person.

I have a really stupid question!!! Can i list my stuff on Bonanzle and eBay at the same time?? Also, how will i know if someone has sent me a messege or an offer? Will i get notified in my email account and will a messege pop up when i log into bonanzle or do i just keep checking my inbox? Thanks!

Also, why is it that when i'm logged in and search for an item, i only get a few or sometimes zero results but i'm i log out, i get all the results!

You can list items simultaneously on both Bonanzle and *bay. You should receive email notifications from Bonanzle when you receive messages or offers. You can also log in directly to your Bonanzle account to check for emails and offers. If your item sells on one site you can remove it from the other.
