Default Best Way To Authenticate Bags Before Selling On Ebay????

Hi Guys/Girlies, Need some Help again. Whats the best way to get bags Authenticated prior to placing them on eBay??? They are all from Press Offices/Samples so I know they are the real deal, but I want to get some kind of online authentication too?? Who is the most trustworthy and fastest source, that Ebay trusts?? And Ebayers trust?? MyPoupette?? Or anyone else?? Please Help??

You can try Caroldiva.com

She's probably faster than my poupette. Good luck! :)

I'm not sure I know what you mean by eBay. But I know that she's recognised by tPF :) I think she's once a tPF-er herself.

Mostly when people are trying to get authentication they go to either caroldiva or mypoupette.

Hope this helps :)

If you are 100% certain they are authentic bags, why don't you post a link to the authenticate this threads here on tpf?

i.e.:

If any potential buyers are concerned about authenticity, please post this auction link on the purse forum's authenticate this thread etc etc

I know they are Authentic and am more than wiling to post them up, but would like some kind of official Authentication just incase eBay gets bitchy, and just to reassure Buyers!

You can always have them authenticated here on the Forum and include the link to the post where the bag is authenticated in the listing. Or, as Gina said, just include the link so that the bidder can have them authenticated. If you have several different brands, this seems to me to be the quickest and easiest answer. I know that you are concerned about eBay taking them down if they do not have prior authentication. I would take lots of pics, showing all indications of authenticity, then let the authenticators here give you the okay. I would think that would suffice. My Poupette and caroldiva are the only authentication services I can think of other than tPF.

As far as I've known, eBay only recognizes MyPoupette and CarolDiva's official letters. I've only dealt with CarolDiva before, and she is fantastic. It won't hurt to contact her and ask. The best way is to shoot as many as clear and close-up photos possible and send them to Carol. You could ask her if she could authenticate the bag in photos. If she agrees, I believe her charge of photo authentication is $5.00. You then can post your listing and said this item has been authenticated by CarolDiva. Of course, you will need to provide Carol your listing number afterwards. If eBay asked for official letter from either one of them, the charge will be different.

Not an easy task. I personally am not worried about sellers with good reputation, but most importantly sellers that professional and still cater to the buyer when under personal attack by feedback if any.
