Lightbulb Be Careful~~Non-performance Seller & Shill bidding

I bid a louis vuitton watercolor speedy 30 couple days ago on eBay. When the auction was close to end, a zero feedback bidder came to increase my bid, also he was bidding on another item of same seller. Unfortunately, that bidder overbid me and became the winner. Until last minites, seller canceled his bid, and i won this bag. But the seller refused to sell this bag to me, and made up some stories like she made a mistake that she shouldn't cancel that guy's bids, that guy will go to pick up this bag something like that.

Everyone, please be careful of this seller. I don't know if it's proper to write her ID and email here.

You should report this seller and bidder to eBay. That's too bad! If she wanted more money on the auction then she should have set a decent reserve price. It's so wrong for this seller to not sell it to for the price of the winning bid! Keep us posted!

if you won the auction, she has to sell it to you. i would send the payment within the 7 day allotted time you are required to pay. and then she has to send it to you. otherwise, i'd get on the phone to eBay and ask what to do. sorry this happened to you.

That is how it should work, but no one can make the seller ship the item. The only thing that can be done is to file a NPS complaint.

I would advise not to agree to it. You still can't make her/him ship the item, but you don't want to mutually agree not to complete the sale because that makes you look like you are actually agreeing. KWIM?

I just had the same problem. Won an item, paid right away and seller won't send it.

i won't agree with it, if i did that, she can get her eBay fee back and relist the item. NO WAY!

Definitely sounds like shill bidding. Don't agree to cancelling the auction and do leave her a negative!
