I purchased a Coach Ergo Crossbody from her. It was as described, no problems.

ITA! Bought two pairs of fairly expensive boots...returned one pair because of SEVERELY damaged zipper (mentioned only as small defect) and regret keeping the other pair (I bid too high on a well worn pair of manolos listed as "near new"). Same types of issues with dresses and bags.

Prices are almost always higher than what it should go for.

Just as another poster said, look over your item super carefully as soon as it arrives.

BUT DO keep in mind, seller is SUPER nice once she responds, and they do take returns hassle free!
It really does come down to being a 50/50 experience.

Bought something from this seller before and it's not as described but didn't complain whatsoever since I really like what I bought. I just sent it out for refurbishing.

I also contacted this seller about a Chanel WOC for auction and it seemed a bit shady. I messaged about getting more pictures of the serial number/sticker on the bag. Also wasn't specific if it came with the authenticity card or not. I think she has people working for her because one person replied that it didn't come with the card. Then when i asked for pictures of the serial number, another worker emailed me pictures of the serial number AND the authenticity card. But it was deleted very soon after. Just thought it was weird that they said it didn't come with it, then sent me pictures of it? when i asked them about it they didn't message me back ever. Also 2 months later they have a listing for the same exact bag. I'd say to just be careful buying & ask a lot of questions.

I have purchased from this seller and it is hit or miss. Sometimes the item is great, sometimes completely misrepresented. Take your chances, they will accept returns. I have acquired a few decent items, but the quality is usually not as good as they describe

I agree. I have purchased a few times. The items I have purchased have more wear than is photographed or described. I have never complained, I just clean the items or in one case shave the pilings off the sweater.

agree. last two times, i sent back for refund, which i promptly received. it's definitely hit or miss.
