thanks gals/guys. ok, i read her auctions again last night. in the combine shipping area, she wrote "contact me for combine shipping." i did, then she gave me a quote of $10 for all items. i emailed & reminded her & she said she just changed her policy.

well, i paid her anyway cuz i dont wanna receive 3 strikes. what feedback should i leave her?

Firstly, it's the principle of the thing and secondly, if she can happily lie about shipping costs, what else can she lie about?

Anyway, I would think her email would constitute a written contract, so even if eBay wouldn't make her uphold it and might allow her to file a NPB, you are not legally obliged to pay the extra.

Perhaps you could also challenge the NPB(s), if she filed one (or more), I'm not sure?

I would pay and note it in her feedback that she changed auction terms and raised shipping cost after the auction.

IMO If getting less that exceptional feedback or even a neutral is worth it to her for a lousy $6 then she deserves it.

I would definitely mention the change of her shipping price in the feedback. I wouldn't give her a negative, just a neutral.

I think that is ignorant a seller doing that.Telling you one thing and charging you another.Even items I have said like flat rate shipping like $10 as it is a heavier item and it goes to a zone away from me now the actual shipping is say $12.95 I am still only charging the buyer $10 as that was the deal. A person is only as good as their word,and OBVIOUSLY she is no good. . I would for sure leave her bad feedback telling all she said $10 to ship then changed it. I too sell weekly and cannot imagine 2 shirt s and a Sundress being over $6 with del confirmation just extortion

It is very sad her feedback does not matter to her,as I would think she has to know a bad feedback is coming for her doing that...JUST CRAZY!!!

nowadays sellers actually offer free shipping to be able to sell something. i cant believe she charged me more.

btw..karmen, i love those bags u have in ur signature. r they marc jacobs?

Maybe you could email her to ask $6.00 shipping refund; otherwise appropriate feedback will be left, just for the heads-up. If she doesn't honor her own words but the items you received are on time and exactly as described, I'd give her a neutral feedback.

handbagangel - ive asked her twice to keep her word & reduce shipping cost, but she said no. so i dont think she would refund me $6 shipping.

karmen - i love the first bag. its gorgeous!!!
