Default Am I protected by the seller protection?
I sold a used lens for less than $100 on ebay. I printed the label online and shipped to the buyer's confirmed paypal address. DC shows that it was delivered on 10/21, but the buyer said he didn't get it. I just want to know if the package is lost and the buyer files a dispute against me, am I protected by the seller protection policy? Many thanks!

Give them the tracking # and ask your buyer to check around in their apt. building, neighbors, and ask at their PO for the package. You will be covered as long as you have the delivery confirmation.

I believe PP only requires delivery confirmation for items under $250. If you could provide the delivery proof, I should be okay.
