I am so annoyed right now. I sold a purse a month ago and today I get a PayPal dispute from the buyer. She is saying that the purse is smaller than expected. She also said that since I have sold lots of bags, it shouldn't be a problem for me to resell the one she bought. She even wants shipping back!!! I am worried....do you think she has a valid claim? Will PayPal side with her? My PayPal account shows a negative $338!

Now I get an email from the buyer saying "why can't you accept the return because I am new at ordering on eBay and made a big mistake by ordering something and then receiving what I wasn't expecting. Can you not make an exception in this case?"

Tell her to sell it on eBay like you did.

ITA. Did you have the dimensions of the bag on your listing? If so, it's her own stupid fault for not being able to read! And why wait 4 weeks? I had a similar situation about a year ago and the tried to pull the same crap 6 weeks after she had the bag. It was so clear that she used it and then tried to get her money back. Only my buyer apparently wasn't aware of filing a PP claim. Either that or it was over the 45 day limit. I wouldn't take it back. Good luck to you!

Hahaha... man these scamers are awesome. I'm totally going to buy a bag on the bay, use it for 4 weeks, and then demand a refund when I'm sick of it I'll be like the purse goddess.

It's better than the bag rental places because this doesn't cost you a penny!!! Oh fleabay you are so good to the scamers!

uh....why should you, as the seller, bend over backwards for a buyer when she has buyer's remorse? and it definitely doesn't take a whole month for someone to realize the bag is not what she expected. she could've used this bag every single day for a whole month, and now she expects you to "make an exception" and take the bag back in whatever condition it is now and give her a full refund? that's a pretty ridiculous expectation on her part. definitely don't do it.
