The buyer probably buys then sell A LOT of bags. So maybe they cannot remember every details of each bag. It's easy if you sell one bag once in a while to note everything.

Is it fair that a buyer should have to pay return shipping on an item because of a sellers' 'excuse'?
So, it's my prerogative to assume that this seller is dishonest by not disclosing an obvious repair job, and not waste $10+ on return shipping, plus a restocking fee. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!". Grandma Diva |
