hi!

I'm an Administrator and it's been a rule, a strict rule, forever that there's to be no selling/trading/buying on our boards or via PM. Anyone caught doing so could be banned.

We have a special privilege forum that member may apply to after you have more than 500 posts and have been here longer than 5 months.

Hopefully that clears things up

the problem is even when they sell fake they are sure they can find somebody enough stupid to buy it and leave them a 5 stars feedback because they are convince to have an authentic .i saw many seller with a 100 percent feedback selling fake and telling me " trust me im a power seller " .

Do not be fooled by these so called Power Sellers. They are well aware the items they are listing are fakes. When I got back an associate of mine purchased from one of their so called Power Seller, not only was the bag a fake, so was the bags tags and the bags receipt!

Not an authentic receipt swapped with fake bag the whole listing was fake. There is no way this seller was unaware her item was fake.

The fact is you cannot post negative feedback and the BS PayPal are coming back with is laughable.

They have forgotten they are supposed to be protecting the buyer money - their more concerned with protecting the PS and their own fees!

thats true paypal is supposed to protect the buyer but since paypal is own by ebay i m not surprised that they rather protect the seller because when they refund money they also have to refund fees and they loose money that way .....

about the power seller after reading your story i feel so sorry for your friend . i saw many of those so called power seller with photocopy as a receip or papaer print from their own computer to justify their stuff is authentic.
i didnt know you cannot leave a negative feedback maybe that s why people keep selling fake .they have to fear .
even craiglist have tons of fake .

Thanks for that LoveDior will pass your kind comments on, she needs all the support we can give right now.

PayPal have decided that they cannot rule in her favour. Yes she did give the required evidence well within the time frame necessary to win her claim.

Trading Standards say they can refuse to accept the evidence even though it matches their criteria if they want to.

She is now having to pursue this seller through the Small Claims Court, PayPal Buyer Protection does not exist for her, so why advertise your money is protected when it is clearly selective!!!!
