love the explanation for selling :

I am a bag collector, so most of my bags were purchased as collection pieces rather than for everyday use. Thus, many of them are brand new (with or without tags), whilst others have been used very lightly. This will be noted accurately on all listings (of which there will be numerous over the next few weeks - so be sure to check back!).
