looks to me like a regular soft hobo ! and you dont have to search in the outlets, its still available on www.dior.com in UK section

it looks like a part of Columbus line, quite old, not available in boutiques or outlets any more..Ebay is probably your bet with this one. Hopefully someone will know a full name

It belongs to the Dior Street Chic line. The St. Columbus was the bag with all the detachable pockets/pouches. This particular hobo version is the Street Chic Copacabana bag
