What are the dimensions please of the Miss Diors? I am quite surprised at the prices - not much different to the Lady Dior!

Do most people choose the short chain option?TIA

The dimensions of the smaller Miss Dior featured in the advertisements are 10.24 x 6.30 x 2.36 inches (they are available on Dior.com).

From what I've seen on the forum, most members have purchased the long chain version. Don't know if that is an indication that it sells the best, but perhaps another PFer would know.

In that case, you should get the short chain version.

I got mine short chain and it works for me. IMO the bag is too big for the long chain. I use the long chain for a WOC or mini only.

I am very new to Dior bags. But I really like the flap bags. I wondered if you could tuck the chain under the flap as you would do to chanel flap to shorten the chain. Would it work at all? Thanks :)

This has been discussed in other threads in the past. This can be done, but word of caution that the space between the sides of the Miss Dior and the underside of the flap does not leave much room for the thicker chain used so over time this can leave indent marks from the chain on the leather

Sorry... I didnt see other threads. But thank you for replying. I even had this tucking under the flap thing in my dream last night after I posted my question.

good to know people like the short straps, because the color I love most only comes with that strap and I was worried... still am, actually.

what straps are you talking about? the Miss Dior only comes with the chain, but there is the option of getting the short chain or the long chain. The short chain means it can be worn as a shoulder bag, the option of the long chain means you can wear it as a cross body. As far as I'm aware, the option of the length of chain is available to all Miss Dior bags regardless of colour

having replied to gonesburger's post, you can choose the short chain so it can be worn as a shoulder bag. all Miss Dior bags come with either the long (cross body length) or short (shoulder bag length) chain. The long chain costs slightly more so if you prefer the shorter chain, you can ask for this unless you want to carry the Miss Dior with a double chain, but as I mentioned previously, the chain will cause indents on the leather under the flap and on the top of the side panels over time
