Did you know that Roger Vivier once designed shoes for Monsieur Dior's collections? The shoes bore the hallmark, "Christian Dior, créé par Roger Vivier". Indeed, Dior famously declared that the only designer whose name he'd allow to appear next to his was Vivier.

Yes I had the opportunity to view a collection of Vivier shoes when a Melbourne retailer visited Sydney for a bit. Some simply gorgeous styles I must say

I saw similar heels on Dior shoes and they call them Banana heels.

Dior should continue to make saddle bags because SJP is making them famous! Too bad they seem to have discontinued all saddle and Gaucho lines. So I think Dior no longer makes saddle bags.
