everything looks perfect, i would ask for the picture of the front of the inside tag just to be on the safe side. Also please post questions in authenticate this thread rather than here thanks!

Hi scarlette,

lady diors have been on the market for a long time now and some details changed over the years. The fastest and easiest way is to check how the tag, the dust bag and the authenticity card look like, they are similar for all bags, you will find descriptions of all those on first pages of this thread.

or post the auctions you are interested in in Authenticate This thread we will be happy to help!

Hello,

I just wanted to add some pics of the Dior authenticity "Point of Sale cards" and the Dior "Maintenance Guide".

Please be careful as the gold lettered cards most often come with fake's. I have only seen gold lettered cards with authentic, older Dior bags (as should be, please see Nat's wonderful list click here) and lots of gold lettered cards with fake Dior bags. The gold letters should be very clear, etched into the card and never rubbing off.

Here are some pics, which I hope are helpful. best wishes, BeautifulBasics

p.s. Please note: lots of fake Dior Gaucho's come with the gold lettered card...fake! The Dior Gaucho comes with the card that has black "Christian Dior" on the front.

DIOR "POINT OF SALE" - OLDER CARD (FRONT)

DIOR "POINT OF SALE" - OLDER CARD (BACK)

DIOR "POINT OF SALE" - NEWER CARD (FRONT)

DIOR "MAINTENANCE GUIDE" - (ENGLISH SECTION, FIRST PAGE)
p.s. Fake commonly has misspelled words!

EXAMPLE OF DIOR LIMITED EDITION INNER TAGS
(Please Note: The older Dior LE bags usually have an all leather tag with numbers indicating production such as 484/650. The newer Dior LE bags have a leather and metal type of inner tag, with numbers indicating production such as 0174.)
