They took away the free overnight, and so now they are trying to promote the 4-5 day, like it's a good thing.
Endless still has free overnight.

UGH! No more free overnight shipping on Zappos. This is bad news.

That's one of the main reasons I ordered from them...the almost instant gratification. Now I bummed.

ACTUALLY, if you read the Zappos blog, they still have free overnight shipping, but they just aren't advertising it. They don't want to promise it for everyone in case something goes awry once in a while or something like that.

Also, before Zappos advertised free overnight shipping, I still got my orders the next day, I've been ordering from Zappos for many years

I'm not promoting them, just don't be bummed! Overnight shipping isn't actually gone.

I've ordered from them twice since they "stopped" overnight shipping, and I still got both things overnight.

Oh, that's good to know. I've always gotten everything from them overnight, but I hadn't ordered from them in a while, so I didn't realize they had changed anything. Thanks for the info.

I just got off the phone w/Zappos, because I didn't realize they have this new shipping policy. The woman I spoke to said that if you are a regular customer or have ordered from them in the past, they often just send them out the next day. I think w/the economy (gas) everyone is trying to make cuts. Can't blame them.
