that would be tricky because tax rates are different in many states! Then people would say, "well if I was in Michigan, I would get free shipping..."
You could just get something cheap like the pocket mirror ($5) to get free shipping!! |

Sneaky...
Sometimes what I do is I just buy something to get me to the amount that will make it free shipping and then return it to the store later on. That works if you live near an Urban Outfitters.

you might want to try your local UO versus purchasing online.
i wanted a weird poncho that was $29.99 on the site, and $39.99 at the store. i asked if they could price match, and when she checked the price, the thing ended up being $19.99 in the store! |
