Zappos.com has a lot of them. If you sign up to receive their newsletter they have coupon codes that they send in the newsletters. You can save that way.

You go down a size. For example if you wear a 7 then order a 6.

South Moon Under has UGGs. I used "toutie" for 20% off. I qualified for free UPS Ground shipping and there was also no tax. So, I got 2 pairs of the tall classic boots in black for $256, one for myself and a pair for my sister.
