NM Palo Alto has racks full of pre-sale clothes for 65% off - MbMJ, Theory, Alice&Olivia, DvF, Tory Burch, Leifsdottir, etc. Lots of gorgeous dresses! The pre-sale started last Thurs, and I bought a few MbMJ hoodies and a ($23!) Tshirt, then I went back this morning and picked up 3 A&O dresses. If you can get to a store (or call in), you should do that rather than buy online, 65% versus 33% off for many of the same items (MbMJ at least)!! I'll never understand why NM sales are so much better in store and not consistent with online prices. There were some shoe sale racks also (with just a few pairs of Chanel's), but I forgot to check the %discount. Pre-sale items can be picked up next Wed. when sale officially starts. p.s. It started to get crowded when I left (~11am), so better hurry if you're interested! :)

Thanks for the info! I was wondering the same thing about the sales being so much better in store and I was told that online NM is a "different" company than in store- what is that?

yes. it's actually similar to the 25% off promo, so there isn't much difference in prices, just less merch.

Hi, you can sort the NM sale items online by %discount, and many of the MbMJ items that are 50% off online were pre-selling for 65% in-store (like the pink trench, striped jersey dress, ...) There are different items online that I didn't see in-store (and vice-versa), of course, but there is definitely a difference in pricing in-store/online for many items I recognize. The MbMJ Paisley Park top, Aurora Jersey dresses, and Crosstown jacket, for example, were definitely 65% off in-store but are only 32% off online ... so strange!! I guess it all depends on availability (if you have your eye on something in particular, then it might be a good idea to call the store first). I'm not sure about all other brands though...

NM started their 75% off last call online. Lots of good deals, but they go really fast. 6 items from my cart are already gone (sold out) :(

Not Prada but if interested, there was also a cream colored small YSL Downtown for 677.90, metallic bronze Muse in large (unk price).

Also the CUTEST YSL accessories, a fuschia patent leather mini coin purse for 151. Too small to fit cc's but definitely could fit folded bills and change. I was seriously cotemplating getting this but resisted the temptation.

Also patent leather navy blue and fuschia YSL Y-Mail cosmetic pouch for $150-160'ish I think? They're TDF!!!! I'll also post in YSL subforum.

Of course, feel free to contact Norma at Phx Saks, 602-955-8000 x5400. She's here today until 6p and tomorrow until 2:30p, then she's off for 5 days.

Shoes were pretty much wiped out. Really nothing available.

Also saw three clutches - fuschia, bright green, and bright blue. All were python w/ gems on them. Saw a smooth pink wallet (not patent)...almost looked like a smooth saffiano leather if that makes any sense, w/o the rigids. There were also blonde, gold wallets of different sizes. I'll try to remember what else if my brain lets me.

Oh yea, also saw a fuschia nylon shoulder bag, patent leather shoulder strap..bag was about 12x9.

And a handheld fuscia nylon ruffle bag with patent leather in between the ruffles, patent handles.
