I have to disagree. Most of the merchandise is current and not on sale. The price at NM or Saks is not at all better. This paddington dome is selling at NM for $2115 and you could have bought it for $1579 today at the sale before it sold out. That is a pretty good deal on merchandise that is not on sale and is relatively new.

The violet Bay is selling at Saks for $1760. It is on the Rue La La site for $1329.

So how are these prices bad for current merchandise that is not on sale anywhere else? They are even better than at BlueFly which always has the older merchandise.

ITA. Like I said, some of these bags I am 100% confident will not make it to the deep sales. The Heloise was like 25% off which is a good deal.

F&F is not going to beat some of these prices when you take into consideration no sales tax. The heloise comes out cheaper with rue la la.

They did. They sent 24 white baby tulips through proflowers. I am really impressed with the service.

I agree with lionlaw. Ambiguousness, You got a great bag at a good price for something that is hard to come by and chloe hardly ever makes it to the sales anyway. Your bag is gorgeous! I can't wait to see pics!

Yeah, I'm just saying since she didn't get the bag that she had her eye on. Sales tax is always the killer for all deals.

You got the white baby tulips also? I thought it was nice gift.

Yes, I was really impressed by the tulips. No other company has sent me a gift for doing business with them and I have bought a lot of high-end bags.

Yeah, I was seriously really surprised when I saw it. I was trying to boggle my mind like "who sent me flowers and why?"
It does show that they care about their customers. I would definitely go back for other sales.

I bought a black Prada bag a week or so ago from the site, and they sent me a bouquet of 20 white tulips as a thank you. I have never gotten flowers after ordering something. Not even when I bought my car. This is wonderful!

I also ordered the Chloe Large White Patent Leather Tote ($875) this morning. Can't wait to receive it!

I am extremely pleased with their customer service and I already sent them an email letting them know.
