I ordered from their Lagos jewelry sale on Wednesday..two pair of earrings..they have been shipped but have not recieved them yet. I have ordered many times from Smart Bargains so I am optimistic about Rue.

Apparently not long since they shipped me a dirty bag (visible dirt on the handles) and offered me $25.00 for my inconvenience. Not impressed at all with the service, or lack thereof. Even Neiman's and Nordies, offer 10% standard.

I argued and said that I heard that people are getting 10% refunded for missing a tag and I have a dirty bag and they said the 10% was not authorized and they do not refund that amount.

BTW, this wasn't a cheap bag-- it was a $1500 Prada bag.

They did offer me a hassle free return, but I am a little peeved that people are getting comps and 10% refund when for a dirty bag they offer $25.00.

Thanks for the info! I've yet to buy anything from one of these sites, but maybe something really great that jumps at me will pop up one day!

I was tempted though b/c I don't have a chloe. But I behaved. I spent way way way too much yesterday anyway. You're right, these NM deals have been insane.

I really liked the purple ones. Did anyone get one!?

Maybe soon Rue will implement the policy Gilt just started using of allowing you to hold things in your cart for five minutes. It's really helpful.
