Til when is the free shipping for orders $25 and above? It's not giving me an option to put in a code for the free shipping. It just says free shipping on order of $50. Thanks!

* You put the code in for free shipping when you select what credit card (or when you enter your CC # in) down near the bottom of the page where it says "Promotional Code"

For some reason, it won't let me use TAY78. My order totals $30 (before shipping), I'm in the US and I'm a Beauty Insider but it still won't go.

GRRRRRR!!!!!

This worked for me just now. I was first logged in to my Beauty Insider account, then I placed items in my basket.

Ok, I found out what the issue was - its only free shipping when you use UPS. It doesn't work if you select USPS.
