I wanted to share this with my fellow bagaholics: if you purchased something from PPL and used a code previously, however did not like the item and returned it, you can call CS and request them to send you a new code. I just did, I returned couple of items due to bad picture and minor defects on leather, and today I saw this LP persimmon bag that was already priced down-so I called them up and asked them to replace my code since it was not my fault I had to send it back. Got code in the E-mail in 5 sec and bought my new LP for close to 50% off.
Just a tip, I thought might be useful to those of us who use PPL
