I refuse to pay $600 for shoes, not to mention all of my other purchases and deal with a Mickey Mouse atmosphere. When NM hires some of the clowns it has working for it, it needs to take into consideration its clientele and the amount of money WE "invest" into the business. Frankly, I was less upset about the return - although I was pretty heated - I was more upset with the poor customer service I received. There was one lady who I think may be head of customer service. If she isn't - she sure thinks she is - eating what appeared to be peanuts while instructing the others to refuse the return without the "packing slip". I have a call into corporate. However, I can tell you based on this experience and others in this particular store, Neiman Marcus has lost a loyal customer.

I spend a bit under $150.00 and used WELCNM and it worked for me. Please note that someone on here wrote that using WELCNM more than once will go thru, but they will charge your card later. People asked that poster about, but she didn't reply back. I thought about it...but used it anyway and it worked!

yeah, it's supposedly for first time customers, but NM determines that through cookies on your PC. delete any cookies from neimanmarcus.com (through options in your browser) and the code will work again.

I tried WELCNM and yes it's for new customer and for purchase over $100 (it didnt apply when I put $97 stuff in my cart, but when I added until $120, it worked)

if you use the code BEAUTY9 you get free shipping on ANY beauty purchase, regardless of price.

if you are looking to get clothing/bags/shoes, maybe try adding just a lipgloss or nail polish and then use this code and see if you get free shipping at any price that way.
