Yup, they are for in store use only.

She wouldn't tell me where the coupon was used but she said it was used on the 27th in the morning. And I printed the coupon that day in the evening!!!!!!!!!! What the %^$&???

you wont be able to use it.

I work at ON and they had alot of scammers where people were emailing the coupon to each other an because its a unique code, it will only work once. Only a certain number were given out, so once that number is reached they will know whats up.

Shoe Lover, the exact same thing happened to me in-store. They kept saying it was used on the 27th and I was in on the 28th. The manager kept putting the code in over and over, saying it was over until I asked, do you think I would be at this register with a coupon I had already used? Finally, he was able to override and apply it to much purchase. The line was so long behind me, so I was glad to walk out with my purchase. They really need to get it together.

^^Youd be surprised. There will be people that will try and use it more than once and will fight it until they get it there way. even if they are dead wrong.

I was sooo mad I left all the stuff there! The manages wasn't helpful at all. I actually asked her to verify the coupon BEFORE I shop and she didn't want to do it. After a while she agreed to do it and the CS rep on the phone just told her she could verify the coupon. She actually seed glad I wasn't able to use the coupon

I understand that, but if I got that unique coupon code off the ONweekly website on the 27th (around 8pm) and I didn't share it with anyone (I was planning on using it) how, and who got the code??? They told me they used on the 27th early in the morning!

OldNavy totally messed up with their codes. I printed the coupon yesterday and went to the store today. My cashier kept on telling me that the code was void and when I spoke to the manager, she said that it was not the same error message they would get if someone was trying to reuse a code. The manager was nice and overrode the system. So maybe there a glitch in OldNavy's computer system and the codes got leaked?
