those of you with the coupons ... make sure you get them verified by either calling customer service (my brother got in touch with the gift cards department) or by doing it in person before you shop. my brother told me on slickdeals (where he found out about it), that some people were told, while holding a buttload of clothes, that their coupons had already been used. not sure how it's happening though since they're supposed to be unique codes, so it's better to find out before you shop.

So I was able to verify with Customer Service that the coupon would give me no trouble if I went to the store to use it...

WELL, as I waited in line with a bag of clothes and waited at the register for the manager, I found that my coupon had already been used (I was lucky to get a $75 off coupon) ... in ARIZONA (I'm located in NY, btw)!

My advice to everyone with codes, if you get them verified, use it ASAP. I tried to use it just 4 hrs after I called CS.

Either oldnavyweekly.com had given out the same code to someone else or the system got hacked.

That's crazy! I hope they still let you use it. I only received the 15% off coupon since that was all that was left by the time I checked it out. I went to buy some maternity and baby things today and left the coupon at home I was so scatter brained,lol.

my brother told me that there were some nice managers who helped override it for other people who had the same problem on slickdeals. i'm not sure if the manager was able to override it or even tried. she told me that the computer wouldn't let her give it to me, so i guess that's that
