it isn't a markdown, just a promo. it's more than 20% off though because this is when i stock up on bras as they're usually cheaper than 20% off (or else i wouldn't go as nuts).

exactly. it is not 25% or 33% off or whatever off everything. so it is pointless to ask for the "exclusions.

only select items go on sale.

Don't forget, it's only select merchandise, but generally a good sale nonetheless.
