I just did, but the rep had to verify with his supervisor that this was okay first. It's also the first time I've tried to do it, I don't know what criteria they use. Maybe just try again with someone else?

do you remember the associate's name and was it on the phone

gosh, yes, i tried online and on the phone and they said cuz the item wasn't in stock i couldnt do it. well, it was in stock but of course gone flying out as it's now 25 percent off. makes no sense.i just ordered the items within the last 2 days and they havent even shipped.

Sorry to hear that. I bought my items yesterday--maybe there is a time window? Would try again as it seems others have had luck just getting the right (helpful) person.

Thanks, yeah, they should have a 7 day adjustment period for sale items not just regular items.

I have had no problem getting price adjustments on orders placed within the 10 day period including ones placed today and yesterday. I have one order that was placed yesterday that an adjustment was not made on because the order was "in process" and the chat rep said that she would put a note on the account to credit my account when the order shipped. I recommend doing the chat since they appear to be busy on the phones. The chat was very quick compared to the adjustments I did on the phone.

I would try a different rep. All of my items from the past two 25% off sales that I've had adjusted to reflect the 25% off were sold out and I have not had a problem. I have heard that they won't do price adjustments for the additional 25% off if it is a discontinued item.

i finally got through and found a nice associate who would do it. i had to try 4x. i think they are cracking down on the adjustments. ugh!

I ordered the Chloe Paddington buckle Flat boots and a pair of Tory Burch Blair riding boots this morning. Called this afternoon and they price adjusted both.
Really excited because the Tory Burch Boots ended up being $166 and they are dark brown. Chloe boots ended up at $335. Also asked and they price adjusted the stuff I bought yesterday. When I had items price adjusted the last time, the customer service rep told me the policy was 10 days from date of order. I love Neimans!

My burberry rain boots that I ordered this morning shipped! I was worried as they're sold out yesterday and all of the sudden 2 sizes popped up and one of them being my size.

I placed my order on the 19th, and they price adjusted for me

This...

I never had a problem in the past doing this, but today the customer service lady was really rude about it. First she refused and when I told her that it was always done for me in he past, she agreed to do it "one last time" and told me she was noting in my account that she told me it was "one last time". Like I'm a freakin 6 year old! I was ****ed!! I wanted to say "guess that means I'll be making a new account!". But I just kept my mouth shut.

I just had a lovely exchange with online chat and they did it for me without any hassle or attitude.

Did those who got the PA also get the tax difference, or did they only take the straight 25% amount off of your credit card account?
