Yeah, you do need to pay customs. My Lanvin stuff that I ordered got charged something like 25-30%!!! (shipped to canada)

That is why I am afraid of buying from them because I do not know what are the hidden charges from DHL.

mine was shipped via UPS to the US and the import duties is about 9%.

Thank you for this info. That sounds about right because I have read elsewhere that you get charge around 8-10%. So Matches use UPS? Okay. I thought it was DHL

when i ordered from matches last yr it was DHL

I just ordered a coat last month (shipped to USA); the courier was DHL and the duty ended up being 9%.

well they have a system, so they won't just randomly charge you an amount. Something like 30% is to be expected in Canada. In the US, it's much less and depends on your state
