I'm dying to get my feet into a pair of these but $98 is too much to spend on rain boots IMO
Does anyone know if there are any sales going on now?

I had a long search as well. I waited and surprisingly shopbpo had one fo their spend over a certain amount and you get $50 or $100 off. So I got mine that way... thats the only way I found them on "sale"
If you are willing to wait, I am sure ShopBop will have another one of those sales around Thanksgiving. |

winknyc.com has black and navy ones. I used the code "dcwink" and got mine for 30% off, but i'm not sure if that code still works

Are these close enough? You could combine with another purchase if you need something and if your total gets up to $150, you could use of the DOR### codes that are posted on the BlueFly boards.

They aren't the hunter brand but there are wellies on sale now at Jcrew. I would check the store because only one style is left online. I have two pairs and I live in them!

Do you guys wear these in cold snowy winters, and if so, do you do so with inserted warmers?
Thanks. |

thisismypurse- Hunter has special "wellies" socks for their boots. I've only ever seen them at www.doversaddlery.com
They come in all sorts of lovely colors. |

I actually have a pair of Hunter and Jcrew.. and hunters are a lot more comfortable bc they are a lot lighter :/ I find the Jcrew wellies soo heavy I wore them once and didnt wear them again.. but its all about personal preference.
I also saw the hunter socks on Saks' website. |

Are the boots wide enough to fit if you have big calves?

I got mine for $50 from 6pm.com. They don't have a ton of colors, but they had the Festival Tall ones I needed to match my Burberry raincoat! Hope this helps!
